Chris
I have done it, Boet can supply the kit but order early as it takes a while to get the kit together.

Yes Chris really easy
strip the old brake system off the axles (Pic 1). Place the caliper against the backplate, horizontally facing backwards. Drill two holes through the backing plate and fasten the caliper to the plate(pic 2) and (pic 3)
deflate the tyre and split the rim. Take off the old drum and install the supplied disc. (not sure if you need new rims). Test install onto the axle and caliper (pic 4)
Buy high pressure pvc tubing about 4 meters and all the fittings from Hyflo. Look them up in the book. Install the tubing
Remove the old brake cables. Make up a bracket to fasten the top of the mastercylinders against the firewall and install the master cylinders. I started with them being parallel(pic 5 and 6) but because the air intake of the 912 gets in the way had to move the one down. (Pic 7)
I used a one of those little metal oil cans you use for oiling door hinges and stuff, the one with the trigger, (The type your dad used before aerosol oils were available) filled it with AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID and connected it to the bottom of the caliper bleed nipple. I then openen the nipple and bled the system upwards, pushing the air out.
Viola, perfect brakes

Thanks Bad Nav,
this weekend has indeed shell shocked me more than a bit. Last year we had 2 deaths in total, Violavia who had an engine out and tried to stretch the glide, and one other in Natal I think, I cant recall the detail right now.
Now 4 in one weekend, coupled with my crash, Ducks engine out, then the next weekend Duck and Aerosans crash(very fortunate to walk/crawl away from that one IMHO), Rusty's engine out. Man this is hectic.
Add to that CAA war against all 503/582's and a personal vendetta it appears by one of the CAA inspectors against all Bush Babies which will result in me not being able to fly my plane again on an MPL has seriously doused my spirits. Right now Bos Befokker is simply standing at Morning Star and nothing is being done. I have written to the inspector requesting an explanation and so far no response.
