Wash day
It is important not to bring the nozzle too close to the surface of the wing as the pressure could be too much, but the Wap does have a adjustable nozzle where you can de-tune the pressure to suit your appilication. It works great.

Maybe what you should try is not groundlooping your trike - that should help a bit with the mudpepper wrote:Thanks I got red mud stains on the wing that I can't get off, I was a bit scared to try the Karcher but wil now

Solution
I have had this bird problem for a while(Rhino Park) and here is the only permanent solution.
Close ALL openings where birds can come in, this i did with bird netting (the type they use for fruit trees) and ogiesdraad. You need to close every opening even the smallest openings. To do this was a hellova job,but well worth it (Cost of materials R600.00).I used small tie straps to connect the nets together.
To clean my Trike i use feather dusters,I believe that using water or a soap water combo only causes the dirt to be washed into the fabric.

Groundlooping you get in taildragers, this happends when your fast asleep on the rudders , taxing too fast and don't check the cross wind, your plane goes spinning round and round, you go fwaaak and your heart I don't think you get this in nose wheel configuration a/craft but you never know, some dude might just prove us wrong

Cleaning
If you use the Karcher don't go near the radiator on a 582. I accidentally carved my intials on the radiator before I realised that the paint had come off.
Waiting for the wind to stop
