Warp drive prop questions

Hi guys been setting the pitch on my 62in 3 blade warp prop fitted to a trike,

After I set the pitch I checked the prop for tracking and found one of the blades out of line with the other 2 buy about 2mm at the tip,

Should I worry about this or is it within limits,

Also my aircraft manual give a toque of 9ft ibs for each blade clamp, bolts 4 for each blade,

The prob is that the triangle alloy flange that clamps the whole thing together seems to be squashing the nylon prop blocks and I can see a very slight distortion of the triangle shaped flanges at the tips does this sound right,

I am just hoping the toque fig of 9ft ibs is not to high.

My book give 12.5ft ibs for the main hub bolts

The tracking could be caused by uneven torque on the hub bolts. It is very important on a warp drive not to over tighten the bolts and to torque them evenly. Phone an agent to get the settings. If you overtighten you could crack the hub or the alli part of the blade root.
