Which Comm system?

Okay - I am going to take the plunge and invest in a new comms package - headsets and intercom...

What options?

I have a set of Lightspeed QFR Solo headsets. Love them - Excellent passive noise reduction (±25 dB). Cost me about R1800 when I bought them a few years ago, but probably cheaper now. Also have cellphone interface built in.

Composite Tech are the agents.

My comm set was build by a guy called Duanne Heaven. He also supply the comm sets for the Rainbow Cheetah etc. I've had this set for about 18 months now and no problems. The broadcasting quality is very good.

On request he will install the jack so that you can listen to some "funky" music while flying your monster.

His after sales service is great and always willing to help!! (^^)

Reinier in Somerset West is working on new wireless headsets. They are ANR and have range of couple 100feet I think. If I find website address in USA doing marketing I will post. I gonna get these when they come out.....
