Moth balling your trike

I've had my trike for sale, but only had one or two queries. I want to fold the wing and keep the trike at home until I can fly again.
1. Is there any implication keeping your wing folded for any length of time. Will it damage the sail?
2. What do I need to do to the engine to prevent any damage.
Thanks

Dude... Where is your trike? Is it hangared? I will keep her flying but she needs to run at least every 3-4 weeks to keep the engine going in my opinion, that is just MY opinion. I will not buy a trike with an engine that did not at least run every month for at least one hour...

Felipe,
Talk to aviation engines. You get a special inhibiting oil for long term storage that will protect the engine from corrosion.

Rotax has a servise document that details procedures for mothballing an engine. Cannot remember the details but spraying inhibitor in the engine helps.
My aerie sits for 8 weeks at a streach. When I come back everything is still neatly covered in oil. I now have someone start her at about 4 weeks to keep the juices flowing. Why not wheel it out the garage and start her every few weeks maybe even sit in it and pretend to fly;)

What trike is it? Why don't you consider hire and Fly? I am also in the south and know of a couple of other guys who are not sure what to buy yet but still want to fly.
