Not mine but I have seen a 582 crank go just under 700hrs. Crank was replaced at overhaul and was in good nick except for a main (not big-end) bearing that sounded a little rough when spun by hand after cleaning.
This engine had been well looked after but had worked hard, lots of circuit work.

I know of a few planes with high hours:

582 - 1200+ hours (Still flying)
503 - 1100+ hours (Still flying)

My own 503 has 550 hrs on its original crank. Both above are/were school planes and worked hard (circuits). The big thing is to run your engine regularly so everything gets oiled. It is standing still for extended periods ot time that cause corrosion on the crank bearing races and seizures. If you are in a humid area it is a good idea to cover your exhaust and filters so you don't suck moisture into the cooling engine after flying (anyone thought of using silica gel cartidge over exhaust to absorb moisture?)

I've also heard synthetic oil is not a good idea at the coast but have no firsthand experience.

I had a 503 that had many hours when I got it. Single ignition.

I flew another 600hrs on it with no problems. Sometimes even did 100plus hours before changing the plugs. Never let me down. I changed over to a dual ignition engine with 30hrs and had endless crap !!!!
