Change Aquilla wheel valve

Hi All

How do I go about changing a wheel valve on my Aquilla wheel?
It is leaking at the point where the valve goes through the rim, maybe the rubber grommet is perished.

Must I remove spats then wheel and then split the rim?
Where to get a replacement valve in JHB?
Any other methods recommendations?

Ok, figured it out.
Spoke with Craig at Solo Wings.
Valve is a bent valve on a tube.
Speddick supplies the tubes.
