I have bought an aquilla recently and it seems that the suspension are a bit slugish..
Can anyone help me with info on how to test the suspension to see if it is good or not..

felt like a nose wheel blunder as if the suspension seals had failed.Can I strip it off and get it fixed at a bike shop??.?
