Who does mobile pitot-static tests (Pretoria area)?

Postby justin.schoeman » Wed Jun 10, 2015 11:01 am

Due to an unfortunate series of coincidences, my PFA expired before I could fly my aircraft to Wonderboom for the pitot-static tests. I am now stranded at Rhino Park, and cannot renew my PFA without this extra piece of paper...

Does anybody know of someone who does on-site pitot-static tests in the Pretoria area?

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,
Phone Hendrik from Instru Technique: He did mine and a few others about three weeks ago at Rhino Park.
I will pm you his contact details.
Regards

Louwtjie Vosloo.

Every AP is supposed to be able to do it. We can also do it at Kitplanes. I am just very busy so only by prior arrangement and only starting from next week. If there is no work to be done on the system then it should take about an hour but if we have to find leaks then it will be charged by the hour.
