I think it is similar to the way i decoked my Lawnmower, with a very hot flame (blow torch thingy) and a constant tapping with the hammer. Never done this on an aircraft but really sorted out the lawn mower

It happens when heavy oils are used or too much oil is used in the Mix.

 Theoretically it should not happen to the trikes as the mix is very precise but you never know.

Take it off first, heat it up with that hot flame (blow torch thingy) of Tailspin and then submerge in water. Wait for snap, crackle and pop sound and WALLA :!: :!:

OK, this was how we did it with our 50cc eggbeaters at school.

Also by heating the plating inside it is working like a catalytic converter and burning away all the impurities, only thing is you gotta do the heating up part. Should maybe try to strip a catalytic converter and build exhaust for my trike and see what the results are :?: :?: Anybody need a visit on night need some midnight spares

Hi Guys , this is what I do ,
You need a blow lamp , nice and hot , but not to hot to melt or burn the baffles inside the exhaust- heat the exhaust till itis smoking , nearly red hot and add a compressed air pipe to supply enough oxygen and whalla .
The carbon is glowing , whie smoke , getting hotter and hotter til it all burns out , when it stops smoking , the carbon has been burnt , and tap it gently not denting the exhaust and mt Totax is good as new - I use wynns dash , the whit liquid on my exhaust , it keeps it new and rust free , once a month I give the exhaust a nice wt cout with a 2x4 cloth and whalla its good as new - if its rusted , wire brush it , add a bit of Zebo stove polish and wynns dash - smart man smart , check you ous later the guinness is getting warm , Leprachaun
