Porous Test and Resailing of Wing

Hi, I would like to find out where in Gauteng will I be able to have my wing porous tested or even re-sailed?

Thank you for your help, it's actually for a hang glider but I guess the principal remains the same. Any idea on estimates for either porosity testing or re-sailing?
