Garmin USB Cable

I need to upgrade the firmware on my 196. I am looking for this cable so I can do it. Anyone who can assist me with maybe using their cable for 10 minutes. Makes no sense buying a cable for a 1 min update to run.

If you have to buy it, how much does it cost and where do they sell them ?
