APs again

Postby justin.schoeman » Mon Feb 17, 2014 12:36 pm

It is that time of the year again... Last AP inspection I had to beg and borrow tools and instruments from a number of people to complete my AP inspection. This year, I would like to try and find a 'one stop shop' to do everything.

Can anybody recommend an AP who either:
1) has a mobile workshop, and services the Rhino Park area, or
2) easy flying distance from Rhino Park?

Thanks!
Justin

Try OOM Paul -- more hours than most AP's on Cheetah's and knows the backwards -- that is the only man who will touch my plane - as he does a PROPER job.

If there is a bolt loose its noted!! Sometimes to my disgust as I might think at the time that it is irrelevant, but Paul will not sign it out unless its fixed - E.G loose bolt holding arm rest, which allowed just a little bit of sidewards play -- which I thought was acceptable - nope, not to Paul. Had to replace the lock nut and then he signed it out.

He does travel - and he will not rip you off!! Best bring up some conversation with him, as he knows ALOT about the Cheetah, and has done so much work on them for many Cheetah owners over the time.

We have a complete workshop at Petit but booking is essential.
