Does this idiot use the same IP range every time - then block him, if he's one of those clever D^@$ that "jump" between the IP's
... then it becomes an issue.
We had such an serious issue on one of our forums, that we had to introduce a "real life" question to be answered on registration,
spammers just subscribe like mad with the same result
catch him soon

Many of them Jump around but we will keep an eye out for him again.
