Wing Set-Up and Trike Attachment Guide

Postby John.com » Fri Mar 09, 2012 10:31 am

Although not something we do every day, some of us less experienced trike aviators might find this document useful to keep with our operating manual.
Trike Wing Set Up and Take Down.pdf
(89.19 KiB) Downloaded 1153 times
Clearly each trike and wing will have idiosyncrasies but this will give you a 90% feel for the steps needed to set-up your trike wing and to attach your trike.

Also included (bonus!!) is a "Detach Trike and Wing Take Down" guide.

My sincere pleasure!!

One note missing of the checklist, which you have obviously worked out having taken the wing down, is to remove the faring on the main post (pylon) BEFORE you hinge the wing forward to take it off the trike. I learnt the hard way and cracked some of the faring! :(

Enjoy her!
