Balancing of 3 Blade Propeller

Hi,can anyone please explain how you balance a 3 blade propeller

this describes a two blade, but it is the same for a 3 blade. when the prop is hanging horizontal, the highest blade is the lightest. Add weight to this one using laquer, and continue until the prop hangs flat.
