Rotax 582 starter brushes?

Hi all.

I have a Rotax 582 with worn out starter motor brushes. New brushes cost R1189.
Are there any other cheaper,safe options.

Try Gerrie @ 0825533295, he may be able to help.
Or you can take a sample to Motolek if there is one in the area, they stock various brushes etc.

Try one of the bike scrapyards , plenty around as is starter solenoids - bargain prices for a used one - R150 - 250 , Leprachaun
A pilot lives by perfection , or not at all!
