What would it cost me (approx) to redo the radiator on my 582 Blue top?

New - R2300 from SoloWings

Take it to any Silverton Radiators. http://www.silvertonradiators.co.za/

They will give you a quote and their work is good. If it is badly rusted, rather replace it and use a good quality antifreeze for aluminium engines.

Thanks. I took it to Silverton.

Not to rusted, but the core (thin zig zag metal strips) crushed when touched - on the front side, back still strong.

You can use a small flat screwdriver and strainten those fins. They dont carry water.

Touching the fins turned them into powder!

Oops, she snds old.
If Silverton can't assit you I will definately consider rather buying a new one. Don't
mess around with your cooling system.
