Real question i would like to know what most of the guys are using, the patch from solo wings is ok but is there something better.

You can have a patch of wing fabric sewn on.

Lefssa,
You can buy patches in various colours from sailing shops. The material they use in sails seems to be very similar as our wings ( Dacron ? ). They have a sticky side , so to apply is easy and quick. I have used this on my wing for small tears etc and it works well. Not expensive either.
Hope this can help you.

The tear is actually along one of the ribs on a bantam, seems to be wearing through. i patchet it on the outside but it does not look good. i intend taking the sail off and putting a patch on the inside of the wing. ill try a sailing shop thanks.
