Jack wiring on headsets

Is daar dalk iemand wat vir my kan verduidelik hoe om die 2 jacks wat aan n headset is te bedraad. Ek het peltor headsets en die jacks maar het nie n idee waar die draadjies moet kom nie.
Die microlight het n buzzcom interkom. Hoop dit is genoeg inligting.

The small one is the mic and the large one the headphones. Check the intercom wiring diagram and then make your headsets the same. I will see if I have a diagram and will post it

Can't find a usefull diagram. All the ones I have is for a specific radio or intercom. Here is a link that might help

Does anyone know where to buy the little jacks (male side) on headsets? Large ones are freely obtainable but smaller ones seem to be a problem.
