CHT Max 250

normal 180 to 220

EGT max 650

normal 460-580

all temps in deg C

EGT is the big one you watch while flying. It is related to the richness of the oil in the fuel

EGT High - Lean, lower oil in the fuel - bad
EGT low - Rich, higher oil content, better for cooling and lubricating the motor.

You should be able to take off at full throttle, 6400rpm and the EGT's should remain quite cool. As you tap off to cruise you could see the egt's increase as the fuel/oil leans a little. As long as they are in the normal operating zone you are safe.
