Do anybody know where in South Africa I can find a fuel transfer pump for a reasonable price?

Whats a reasonable price. i imported 10 from USA ai R10:$1. landed they were R5000. Local guys are more than double that in most cases. Try the co-op and ask for a diesel pump.

Re: Fuel transfer pumps
The Facet pump will pump 120l/h cost R300 , Ultra reliable I used them on the Safari and have tested their flow. I'm also using two of them for fuel transfer in my Vansin . I will be in Bethlehem during the meeting. On the Vansin I transfer fuel from the tip tanks to the main tank. This has simplified the fuel management./

There are many places that sell the Facit pump. It is a simple plunger pump with two one way valves works with magnetism and field induction switching they run forever. You can buy them there are different models. Beware of Chinese copies they are no good. The new EasyFlo range are magnificent. They are also good to use as backup pump on the 503 and 582 with the vacuum driven fuel pumps. Look on the net just Google it.

Re: Fuel transfer pumps
I assumed it was to trnsfer from Drum to plane. Assume it from fuel tank to engine? If so above is great advice. Facet is way to go.

Re: Fuel transfer pumps
For smallish volumes they also have acute drum to plane solution on that link.
