Bennie,

the 912 exhausts come with a number of O-shaped rings of exhaust tubing. They look like donuts(the same size and shape). You then cut these to the angle you need and weld them in. I might have enough left from my exhaust installation to help you. I will look tonight.

Otherwise someone here on the forum might have or try aviation engines. A half ring will give you the 90deg bend down and the 60deg bend backwards at the bottom

Check the pic below, all the bends are cut from these O-rings

Agreed, exhaust needsome tuning and during the day I will go see some pro's on the toppic. It is just very hard to bend a 90 degree bend at a sharp angle, specialy with thin material. But I'll keep you all posted.

The spinner is a standard BB Spinner that Boet made with fiber glass and I send it for croming in Durban.

 Bennie
Put fine sand in the pipe - this will stop the pipe from distorting when you bend it .

Hi Bennie,

Jy sal sommer kort kort klaar wees en wonder hoekom jy in die eersteplek so moedeloos was.

Vasbyt

Groete
