Well I wouldnt mind a 13NM mistress, but I suppose a 12 NM one will be better loose for sure...

It depends on the make. I know Warp Drive props can and do replace blades for you. You give them the serial number and they send you a new blade. Woodcomp don't

If you do repair the blades using glue etc you must rebalance it, slightly more complicated than the two blade but using the same technique and applying a little bit of spray to the highest blade until it hangs flat. If you can send it in to Pieter.

If friction holds the prop in place and not the prop bolts, howcome my Jabiru has bushes that go halfway into the bolt holes? Here, the prop isn't gonna move one mm.

My Father bought Vibration Analyses equipment when we were in Canada.

I played around with it on 2 RAF's , they have warp drive props (4 blades)

Run nr. 1 Vibration was 2.100 inches of vibration per second.

After I was finished I got it down to 0.152 inches of vibration per second. Industry standard is 0.300 i/v/p/s. I also played around on the other gyro and got that one from 1.9000i/v/p/s to 0.250 i/v/p/s. Makes a huge difference...

I have not played around or done 2 bladed props but the proses is the same on any prop. When I have the Equipment here in Cape Town again I will let you know.
