overhaul of 503 engine

Is there any recommended person that rebuilds these engines.I am new to all this and am in the process of buying a Windlass 503 with above 600hours.While i am getting my licence i would like to rebuild the engine to CAA specifications and peace of mind.
Is there a recommended rebuilder on this forum?
