I Think I got it!

It is because the Aquilla is so much faster than the Aerotrike and therefore it has to run at almost double the take off speed of the Aerotrike to get airborne and it is only then that the vibration become evident!

Just kidding about the speed, nothing wrong with Aerotrike, have flown it with Vladimir and I actually liked the aircraft.

Hey all,
Thanks for all the input!
Could all the people who have disc brakes on their Aeries please post pics and tell me what sort of brakes they are?
Would be appreciated!

I must have a really fast aerotrike because I also have a problem with vibration.

Its past of the post-take off check to touch the brake and stop the front wheel. The rear wheels only really become a problem in cruize, and i am sure the wheel pods make it worse. I have often thought all it would need is some slight resistance on the tire. Was thinking of putting brush brissles around the gap that the wheel fits through. This would offer enough restance to stop the wheeel freewheeling, not enough restance to hamper normal running and the brushes will keep the interior of the pod clean.
