Cylinder head temp(CHT) for a 503

What is the temp on the cylinders that you should be aware of..In my manual it does not give me the temp.
For pilots the sky isnt the limit, its our home......

Max is 250ºC

Normal is 180 to 220 ºC with max allow difference between cylinders of 20º
