i have a problem on 582 blue top,thought that the battery had gone. the charging rate dropped to about 5-6 volt. when the motor is revved it drops even further. Regulator or stator have been sugested.I haveno knowledge. Please help.Way of testing - replace or repair - what - where to find spares - possible price. Help will be appreciated very much. coen
