Issue of Radio License ? Microlight Instructor's?

Postby FAWGie » Mon Sep 15, 2008 3:38 pm

I heard earlier today that some schools do the radio license course and the designated examiner for the radio license has to be an Instructor Grade 2. Surely an MPL instructor Grade B or A should be able to obtain a similar status to give the radio license course and to sign of radio licenses....

Has any instructor/ flying school got any information on this?
Doe anyone know what it entails to get a radio examiner's licence?
