Rotax Training Courses

Postby Aviation Engines » Sat Oct 15, 2005 1:14 pm

There have been many requests for Operator/End-User/Line Maintenance Courses for both, 2 and 4-stroke Rotax engines.

Earlier this year we had Eric Tucker from the US come out and assist us with training courses, which turned out to be a huge success. While he was here, Eric has given me invaluable guidance to run future courses on my own and he has also shared much of his valuable training material with me.

Who is Eric Tucker?
First started working on Rotax engines in 1967
Developed training programs for aircraft version Rotax engines in the
early 1980's
Trained with Rotax at Austria
Accident investigation on Rotax Aircraft Engines for Transport Canada
the NTSB
Vice Chair and Sub committee chair for proposed Light Sport
Aircraft Standards commitee of ASTM
Technical Director for Kodiak Research Ltd., Nassau Bahamas, the
authorized importer for Rotax Aircraft Engines for USA, Central and
South America.

Within the next week I will announce dates for various training courses to be held during the rest of this year and 2006, be held at various centres around the country. The final confirmation for the courses may be changed or cancelled depending on the response/no. of participants in the respective area.

That would be great.
