Hey Guys
got the airie sorted 100% with amazing selfless help (many hours) by 4play (on the forum)...Thanks Johan..you are a STAR OF NOTE. ^*^^ .We changed needle floats, glass fuel filter to merc diesel filter, fuel lines.rerooted kinked vacuum(sump to pump) fuel filter line, carb rubber grommets and bowl gaskets....NEVER heard or seen the motor running so SWEET.
Test flight 1.30hrs not a murrmer.just ticking like a well oiled clock.
Thanks to all for your advise and experience..much appreciated. (^^)

Can't see if it's a Raptor, but I've previosly had the main power supply plug to the pod develop a loose connection.

thanks Tumbleweed..have checked connection and seems intact......will try putting in a new battery...although the one on board is "supposed" to be new...ive been told it could be the starter relay..but cant see the relevance of that.the instrument panel tells me low voltage, over volts with the motor running and the battery totally disconected....will try the process of elimanation method but would prefer a cheaper method by asking all the whizz kidds on this forum for advise first....

Starter relay has nothing to do with your charging circuit.

Check this thread out, it decribes the method of testing the charging circuit.
