True, this is a weakness on the model. Was fixed in later models but majority of Challengers flying in SA are over 10 years old

You would think that the yanks had this one sorted. Anyway I did the repair and it's cool. It's a fortunate situation I am a Toolmaker and been on the bench for 30 years. But you really do have to be careful that it is not beefed up too much otherwise you get the failure somewhere else. Could be far more costly.

Can I suggest that you okes use this nosewheel in future to flatten the chicken. The weight on this wheel is drastically less. The result would be a drastically more edible chicken.
