Which tank used more fuel? and which direction did the prop rotate?

Morph you are dead right. We had engine failure with fuel in one tank only after long flight. Static we got exactly the same flow rate but in flight it differed.
Slabfish you mod is about the best you can do to prevent uneven flow. But never turn it backwards. That will cause a vacuum and engines don't run on vacuum.
