Hi Raymond,

The service bulletin you are referring to was to strengthen the wing strut attachment on both the leading and trailing edge of the wings. This was done by adding another attachment to the one originally installed on top of one another.

Trevor Davies will be able to supply you with all the materials needed for this service bulletin as well as expert advice.
