Oily Spark Plugs

Can anyone tell me what could be the cause/s of oily spark plugs on a Rotax 582? What sjould I do about it? Is it cause for concern?

Best to speak to your AP....but that sounds like an engine running too rich to me?

Carbon build up is not good for the engine, I would have it seen to asap. :)
