warp drive prop & rotax 503

Must say that prop did not look kosher to me! What did Aviation Engines have to say wrt the issue? Is it a bad batch of blades or something? Please let the forum know - might be other people affected.

As for the other question you asked - I was told by Piet De Necker that the Rotax exhaust after muffler can reduce your engine's power output by up to 3 HP.

Aviation Engines will be sending the blades to warp drive for further inspection, until then we wont know what the problem is but i will try and keep everybody up to date.

After carefully studying your pics I had a look at CLU-less' blades on Saturday and they are 300hours old and are still perfect, except for the odd stone chip there are none of the marks that your blades are showing and the paint is still perfect
