change bottom 618 radiator to top mounted 582 radiator?

hi guys we are thinking of changing our 618 bottom mounted radiator to a top mounted one like the 582 Blue tops??? would this work? where could we get a bracket and radiator from? appreciate your help?

Hi Z-Z, ya it should work but not a cheap conversion to do as the radiators and hoses are quite pricey. For mounting brackets you can make copies from my 618 top mounted rads, the small rubber mounting blocks you can get from an exhaust fitment centre
Confirm you want to move the rads to avoid stone damages???

i have managed to get our hands on a radiator and should have it at the end of the month, then we have to get a bracket made up would appreciate to possibly have a look at your bracket, will you be at Komani for annuals? main reason is moving to get better air flow over radiator as it is quite secluded sitting at the back and engine is running a bit hot 80 +

Hi Z-Z, yip I will be at annual inspection give me a call to arrange timing, my plane is hangered at Komani so no problem to copy brackets, if you want we can measure up and I will bend up brackets for you if that helps.I have some ali plate which will suit this job.
