Where is the best to buy new Rotax airfilters with safety ring attachments for my 503?

Thanks

Hi Martin, if you are happy to pay a premuim for Rotax airfilters, made by K&N, then Comet Aviation or any of the Sport Aviation outlets will have / can get.

If however you are prepared to make your own ring / safety cable, I can get you the contact address (in JHB) of K&N filters - price approximately 40% less.

ps - they are not similar, they are identical except of course for the ring for the safety cable, which is easily made by melting a hole throught the plastic seal

Hi Dobbs,

That will be great. I will then just make a hole for my existing safety ring.

Thanks

I did that for the Pink lady and they worked fine.
They are available by a supplier just off Gordon road.
K&N Suppliers.
