steering damper for trike frontwheel?

Postby Maybe » Wed Jun 30, 2010 1:32 pm

where can i buy a steering damper for a trike? New or used ? Any idea of the cost? How much will a damper help for the stability of the frontwheel on the landing? Provided the wheel is correctly inflated at 0.9 bar?

Thanks

Any bike shop should supply them. You will have to fashion your own brackets though

Maybe give these oke's a buzz.

They manufacture steering dampers and brackets, and could possibly build you a mounting?
Most trike problems are caused by the nut that connects the seat to the handlebars!
