Prop research project : Help needed

Postby Wagtail » Mon Aug 16, 2010 7:47 am

Good morning, we are at the last stages of a project in which we are measuring and comparing the air flow characteristics coming off different types and makes of props. We are looking for a Left hand WARP drive 4-blade anything from 70 - 74" ( A ROTAX in Pusher config or an Auto engine with belt drive also in Pusher config will have this rotation) to borrow for just one Static run. No flying or take-off. It will literally take about 30 minutes and then we will be finished.

Any help with this one will be much appreciated.
regards
Johan

Pardon the ignorance but what would be the point of comparing the different "static run" data
form all the different propellors ?
