BOOMARANG and the carburettor problems

I bought another trike and have the problem as described in my thread (Rotax 582 carbutettor problems) I thought it was the revs that was to low , but after a short while the same problem surfaces again. I get a PM from a pilot that ask who the AP was that zeroed the engine and signed the logbook. It was the same MR XXXXX as mentioned above. The pilot informed me that he had excactly the same problem and that the same AP done the job and then told me what to look for. I go look and see that excacrly the same mistake was made.

I have asked this question before in the relevant thread but I'm not getting a response.
I'd like to know what this "mistake" was that the "respected" AP made.
Please post it here for all to see and so that we all can learn from it.

I would have thought that with so many members putting forth their 2 cent's worth of advice for the carb problems, that when one finds the answer to the problem, that one would be keen to post it here.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but here it is.

"The rotary valve disk was fitted the wrong way round."

Now this may unleash a whole new debate on wether this could actually cause the problem or not. All I know is that two 582 engines that was zeroed had exactly the same problem and exactly the the same problem with the rotary valve disc was identified. When it was fixed the problem dissappeared.
