Hi All

Please feel free to use this or modify it for your needs. No need for limit switches because the ball jumps on the extreme ends. Weight 164 grams, travel 18 mm in 10 seconds on 12V, did not measure the force but feels very strong.

Pray do tell what aircraft this is meant for. I humbly say if this design moves my 16.8 wing under load i would definitely be most surprised. Friend I do also humbly suggest you do some load test if you are serious about using your device [for your safety sake.] where we fly those pisswilly screws wontlast past the first gust,then they be moertoe!!

Bryan, I'm not sure I agree with you. If that is for an elevator trim then it looks like it may just work. But I'll reserve judgment until I know what it was designed for.

That is a serious gear ratio. I would bet it would have more than enough force for any aerie...

Where did you find the geared motor and worm drive?

You are right assumption is dangerous, since I assumed it was meant for wing on a trike.
