Buying a secondhand trike

What to look out for when going to inspect the trike?
Take along a expert?

Any tips etc?

Im going to look at a Windlass trike in the near future? Any specifics to look out for , for that trike?

This will be the first trike that I buy and I hope to learn to fly on it all be it only a few hours .

Unfortunatly I dont have any friends or even people i know that knows anything about trikes.
When I tell my friends that I want to start flying microlights they ask : Thats that thing with the wing and the motor ?

Yip, went through all that when I bought my Windlass , but cause of good advise and having all that I need in order, no problem with registering the trike
