Paraskavedekatriaphobia or spelled another way, but still meaning phobia of Friday 13th, paraskevidekatriaphobia. This term was coined by American Clinical Psychologist, Dr Donald Dossey. He has apparently developed revolutionary techniques for overcoming anxieties, phobias and stress and has written books, hosted radio shows and appeared as a guest on TV shows, speaking about his techniques.

Here’s hoping that your Friday 13th only brings the good things of life!

Got up at 04h30 this mornin' and looked outside. Deadstill, not a sniff of a breeze in the air. Made some coffee and got in my Jiepie and drove to the airstrip. Such a lovely mornin' and I decided not to listen to the radio and took in the wonderful majestic of this great dawn.
Got the aerie out of the hangar and did my preflight and off I am. Had an absoulute fabulous flight for 1.5 hrs and did a couple of great landings when I got back . Hangared the aerie and at this stage everything was still a hundred percent. Then I got into my Jiepie and after turning onto the road I switched on the radio and the moment the radio started bleatin' the damn DJ said it is Friday the 13th and from that moment on, nothing went as good as it was supposed to go. All because some damn DJ reminded me it is the dreadful F day, the 13th of the month
I'm not superstitious, but I don't want to be reminded of Friday the 13th, because then for some strange reason everything goes wrong, as if it is suppose to be like that on this day .

I like Friday the 13th.
My Daughter was born on the 13th
My Lucky number is 13.

So it is a good day for me
