ZU-AME ownership

Gentlemen

I have just now returned from business trip and are somewhat shocked and dismayed to read the topic Re ownership of ZU AME. Since the current topic has been locked, I have taken the liberty to respond on a new topic.

I am currently the registered owner as per the current CAA aircraft register. Ownership of ZU AME being duly transferred from the previous legal registered owner Mr * ***** (Not necessary to bring him into this now public mess) and all transactions regarding the transfer of ownership have been processed as per the laws and regulations of which we all abide.

In the process of this transaction, I have taken all reasonable steps (And a few more) to ensure that the entire transaction is above board.

It appears to me that the legal opinion offered to me may well differ to that of some other interested party, and to that effect I have responded via private mail.

I trust that all will allow this matter to resolve itself in due course, and I thank all of those caring fellow aviators who have tried so desperately to contact me during my absence.

For those on a mission looking out for AME at any far flung airfield, she had not, to my knowledge, flown for over 2 years but with a bit of luck - and a legal AP's approval - she may just be in the air soon. (A breakfast to the first who spots her)

Regards

So, would that be spotting her in the air, or just spotting her? I spotted her last week Sunday  (^^)
