This notice serves to advise any and all interested parties that the Microlight ZU-AME is owned by Leapfrog Technologies cc, and NOT by any individual(s) making allegations to the contrary. The location of this craft is currently not known to the lawful owner as it has been moved without proper consent or authorisation.
Please be advised that the craft may NOT be sold, lent, hired, rented or in ANY way alienated - and any transactions involving this craft over the past year are null and void.
Any debt incurred for inter-alia flights, repairs, maintenance, servicing and storage are are not for the account of the owner.
Should you know of the whereabouts of this craft, or be in possession of it through whatever means, kindly contact Gavin Kennedy via email on gavin@kennedy.co.za.
