The man has disappeared off the face of the earth and I want to make contact with him!

I've got that number but it seems it just comes out to VOICEMAIL - have tried numerous times! Roy mentioned to me that something had happened to his cell so I possibly think his number has changed!
A landline would suffice.... anyone?
