Hi Guys,
We have a family friend that is in tourism...
He is arranging a visit for some tourists up to the Blyde River Canyon. He wanted me to find out if there was anyone there who would be willing to take the tourists up for a flip over the canyon in his trike. PLEASE NOTE: It MUST be a trike... this is what the tourists want...
So... is there anyone that you know of up there that will be able to help? If so, please post ALL his contact details IMMEDIATLY, Cell, email etc.
This question HAS to be answered by TOMORROW as he needs to arrange ASAP.
If you do not want to post there contact details on the communal thread, please PM me...
Thanks SO Much
Ross (Trikenut)

Trikenut,

You are using the generosity of the Forum to generate business to assist a Family friend but you seem to lack the decency and respect to reply to your elders when they show concern for you.

Ek is jammer young man, but you are just not in my diary any more.

I wish you well in your future as a youngster who has much to learn and may I suggest that what you do learn is a little humility and respect for others.

Take care now <*> <*>

Just out of interest sake.

I have flown a Cheetah ( 3 - axis) over this area on a few occasions and that is not good country to have problems over.
Also, the turbulence is very unpredictable, so unless the pilot is seriously good and knows the area very, very well, I would not consider flights less than 1000 ft above the canyon.
It is serious stuff down in those valleys.!!!

Spuddy... Very well said old man! (^^) My sentiments precisely :!:

What has happened to plain old decency, discipline & respect?

Methinks the youngsters of today are spoiled.

Anyone remember a 2, 4 or 6 of the best. When we ran past the secretary's office I can still remember them grinning!!!

Andy... my old man used to give "cuts" for the Police many years ago. Those were the days when juveniles were orientated through the behind.

Don't think he did me any favours - oh no boetie.... ek het getjop en deurgeloop!

Oh boy, he could line them up 1 next to the other without drawing blood! (**)

This kind of punishment is lacking nowadays - They say familiarity breeds contempt - Methinks they are spot on!

Guys

I have requested that Ross post an Apology.
If he does not respond to my requests i will take further steps.
I do not want to make a mountain out of mole hill but i have had a few pm's asking for further steps to be taken.
Lets just let him make an apology and we all move on.

Gavin
