Hi guys,

I would like to fly out to crosswinds this weekend via Baragwanath.
Baragwanath has the Syferfontein Aerobatic Area surounding it, right?
Can someone tell me what the joining and landing procedure is, and what area to stay clear of?

The SouthWest side of the field is always regarded as active because of the aerobatic box.
That's the side closest to the ridge.
See the pics.
Call 5 miles out on 122.6
Join overhead at 6 300 ft
Right hand circuits for 31
Lefthand circuits for 13

Have fun

Not very busy. Just broadcast on 122.6 and you'll be ok. All aircraft are welcome there, trikes included. This is not Krugersdorp
