The last words I can find on the approved alternative maintenance schedule for two strokes was:

The CAA is now apparently trying to decide exactly what to do next with the signed document, though no doubt it will be published in an AIC some time soon!

Did it ever make it to an AIC?

The bigger question is, has there been any relaxation on owner maintenance or are we still precluded from undertaking unsupervised maintenance?

We discussed this last month, and apparently the rule still stand with AP doing maintenance!!
